Several years ago,
a Doctor friend and former instructor contacted Dr. Tim Atkinson with
information relating to a new technology. This technology was being
used widely in Germany and in Austria in addition to Russia and the Far
East. The group whose work to be studied were German Scientists. This
technology stated they could re-vitalize the energy of water and food,
actually make those same foods and liquids healthy to consume. Dr.
Atkinson already had a very good knowledge of "clustered water" because
he'd used it in his practice for years with clients. He had to admit,
however, he knew nothing about this new technology. He said he would not
have even looked at the information except he was already scheduled for
a week long Energy Medicine Seminar in Germany. He felt he had nothing
to lose so he decided he'd check it out while in Germany.
What Dr. Atkinson learned that week in
Germany was so fantastic, it was beyond his wildest imagination. Not
only was the information sent him by his old mentor true but was
obviously probably one of the most important health discoveries in the
past 100 years, even in this new 21st century.
The contributors to this new technology of water
revitalization hailed from around the planet. Each, in his or her own
way, have contributed to the understanding of the properties of water.
Since human beings are composed of more than 70% water, the consumption
of vast amounts of water each day is important.
There a nary a few people in the world today who
would disagree with the fact that "good water" is in danger of
extinction! So, for the first time in modern history, people like
Victor Schauberger, Dr. Patrick Flanagan, Dr. Lee Lorenzen, Dr. Muzuro
Emoto and Johann Grander in addition to hundreds of others throughout
history, including Hippocrates discovered, long ago, the vitally
important ways Nature cleans and revitalizes one of the most important
resources known to mankind, WATER!.

methods attributed to the Pioneers in water revitalization to improve

our environment. In this way, we are constantly discovering
enhancements for energy processes in the hope we can achieve greater
and greater results with humanity, his animals and with the all
important plant life that helps to sustain us and our environment.
Understanding Energy
Energy is a fuel used in common for survival of all
life, including human life on this planet. Even the earth is dependent
upon energy for maintenance and sustenance. GOD said in the beginning
"Let therebeli ght.""Life Force" in most cultures and it comes from the
sun. This Bio photonic light energy is the thing that sustains every
living thing on the planet earth.
We receive the energy we require from sunlight,
oxygen, food and water. The amount of energy we assimilate is in direct
proportion to the level of heath enjoyed by our own cells. This
relates, also to the level of toxicity to which we've been or are
currently exposed in relation to the inter-cellular communication
between all of the cells in our bodies. GOD created within every part
of us, an intelligence, which continually heals itself when there is
enough energy to detox the body and allow the cells to communicate
without obstructions. When it lacks the energy, disease is the result.
Discovering the Bovis Scale
Back in the 1930's, A Frenchman, Antoine Bovis,
discovered all substances have an energy level. As a result, he
developed a scale that measures the positive or negative charge and the
levels of those charges in all things. He found the following:
- Living Organisms: Including People 6,500
Energy Units "0" Bovis Scale
- The earth: 7,000 to 18,000 Energy Units on the
Bovis Scale
- Fruits, vegetables, even inanimate objects, above
or below 6,500
For the most part, items having an Energy level above
6,500 energy units will be life enhancing. Their electron spin will be
to the left. But anything with an energy units below 6,500 will "cost"
the body energy and will have a negative spin to the right.
Let us look at some examples, our DNA has a higher
energy and left spinning electrons wherein cancer cells are much lower
and have a negative electron spin to the right. Water, in its natural
state, will be much higher than even the 6,500 units. Today,
however, most tap water is in the 2,500 to 4,500 range. This means
the water is no longer life enhancing. Can you see how water, in the
negative can remove our LIFE FORCE ENERGY?
So, when we remove the negative messages of toxic
chemicals , the water regains a higher energy of 6,500 or higher. Even
the water in all things like soft drinks, tea, coffee, refined foods and
junk foods return to a higher level of energy. This means instead of
being totally deadly as a nutritional source, these foods should not be
nearly as destructive to the organism as they were before energizing
occurs. This is not to say we recommend junk foods. But if this occurs
with junk foods, what could it be doing to foods of higher nutritional
value? So we can say energizing technology has been shown to reverse
the negative spin of water. We should be able to expect vitality,
energy and possibly, in some circumstances, what our body needs for
healing.
When we began distributing our new product line, the

Here's the problem in America today, this is new technology to us and
for this reason we do not understand the benefits of returning to
Nature's way of using Energizing products to enhance the world around
us. Energizing Technology can be compared with computer technology. It
is message related to any type of item. This message is delivered when
the messenger comes into contact with anything in it's sphere of
influence. Think about it, if everybody waited to understand the
computer and how it worked 35 years ago, it would have never gotten off
the computer inventors' work bench!
Scientists have known for decades a magnetic field
will alter the molecular structure of water or fuel. Structuring these
molecules in an organized manner, the electron spin increases. For
instance, one of the earliest discoveries of the existence of nuclear
dipolar moments was discovered by Felix Block of Stanford University
and Edward Prucell of Harvard. As a result, they were awarded the Nobel
Prize for Nuclear Magnetic Resonance. This eventually led to the
creation of the Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Imager, or (NMRI). The very
powerful magnet aligns the body's hydrogen ions. This scientific
application proves that a magnetic force will align the nuclei of
hydrogen atoms.
ATOMS THAT POSSESS AN ODD NUMBER OF PROTONS AND
NEUTRONS WILL ALTER THEIR NORMAL CHAOTIC NUCLEAR SPINS AND LINE UP IN
RELATIONSHIP TO A MAGNETIC FIELD.
The above is not just rhetoric, it has been proven to
happen. According to Newton's law, the electron spin will be
accelerated altering the ions stability allowing the hydrocarbons to
flow more evenly. The surface tension of affected water is lowered and
the result is molecules are structured in an orderly fashion. This
results in hydration through cell walls and flushes out toxins.
The energies we are currently using in the EnerCHIzer
Co. equipment are generally retrieved from minerals. We are doing this
because the body is so dependent upon various minerals for proper
maintenance and function. By placing the EnerCHIzer equipment on our
body, the energy transfers to the water in our body. It clusters or
structures the molecules and aids the body itself in the healing
process.
For instance, the EnerCHIzer "FUEL BUDDY" causes gas
or diesel to burn much more efficiently. This lowers emissions while
