Miracle or Common Sense Magnesium

Part Two, Heart and Artery Health with Magnesium

Last week, we discussed the viability of Vitalzym SEB as it relates to the removal of plaque, fibrin and general junk from our  system.  If you will remember, I sent you to our web site, www.stairwaytoheallth.com and then on to the Vitalzym write up for details not outlined in the Tips Newsletter.

This time, we will discuss some of the magnificent properties of just plain old magnesium.  Magnesium is a softening mineral.  With the huge amount of wheat products in the western diet, combined with the lack of mineralization in American soils, we find ourselves magnesium short and artery hardened!  Incidentally, again, wheat requires a great deal of magnesium to process wheat through our bodies.  AND even more importantly, Americans, in fact, much of the world love their daily coffee.  Coffee is a diuretic and the more you drink or consume, the more mineral depletion you experience!

Here's the "kicker" though.  When magnesium comes up short in our bodies, the replacement mineral is generally calcium.  Guess what, calcium is a hardening mineral whereas again, magnesium is a softening mineral.  Our cells require magnesium for viability and softening.  Our arteries require magnesium for viability and to prevent breaking of the veins and arteries due to "hardening from the calcium."  Now you begin to see just how important magnesium is to the health of our hearts, veins, cells, well, just about every part of our bodies.

In their book, "The Magnesium Factor," Mildred S. Seelig M.D., MPH and Andrea Rosanoff, Ph.D compiled large amounts of research material, proving the importance of magnesium supplementation to our bodies.  They systematically painted a picture of heart health, overcoming insulin resistance syndrome, even arteriosclerosis with the use of various magnesium formulations.  Researchers varied their levels (mg) per patient/s and even found  high blood pressure could be reduced, high LDL cholesterol or Hyperlipidemia could be corrected.

We've recommended Magnesium Glycinate, a chelated magnesium product, for years for calcium build up correction!  Today, we've learned that 400 mg per day of this type of magnesium can clear out high blood pressure in weeks...This, of course, does not mean you take it for a few weeks!  You take it for life!  Why?  Because you must have that magnesium to keep balance (Homeostasis) in your  body.  If you have suffered a heart attack, 750 mg daily have been shown to "do the job for your heart health!"  We always recommend Magnesium Glycinate as it is proven to "put that calcium into solution!"

I highly recommend you get "The Magnesium Factor" and develop information that could well be the panacea for which you may have  been searching.  Remember, the Big Pharma tells us that their pharmaceuticals are a lifetime commitment!  Take it forever or you will be worse than you were before you began to take it!  With mineral supplementation, getting daily oral infusions of all 84 minerals should be our goal (see Pure Aussie Sea Minerals at www.stairwaytohealth.com).  But magnesium is a factor we should seriously consider.  We do have one of the finest quality Magnesium Glycinate products available for drop ship.  Just call us at 877 777-4767 to order and don't forget Pure Aussie Sea Minerals and Vitalzym SEB if you are a serious heart health person.
