Guidelines: (Print out these guidelines so they are handy while preparing your salads. Follow as closely as possible for maximum benefit.)
  1. Purchase as much organic as you can or grow your own,
    locate range fed meats, poultry, no farm fed fish, only white fleshed sea fish, 

  2. Read labels on EVERYTHING you are considering before your purchase no preservatives, no chemicals, no canola or peanut oils, no refined additives,

  3. Purchase only olive oil, organic extra virgin cold pressed preferable,

  4. Avoid any product with canola or peanut oils,

  5. Apple cider vinegar or freshly squeezed lemon juices are best for "cold cooking" meats, fish "heat cook" poultry,

  6. Granderize everything, what is Grander? Go to www.granderwater.com then hit the back button on your browser to return to www.stairwaytohealth.com to order and get our rebate above manufacturer's recommended retail price. We recommend you begin with 13" board and Penergizer. With these Grander items, water in all foods is given a positive charge that alters surface tension and disables heavy metals, viruses, bacteria and dangerous chemical additives in your food.
    Substitute distilled water if you don't have a Grander unit.

  7. Eat 60% of your food raw and 100% organic and range fed,

  8. Follow fundamental diet plan posted on this website,

  9. Use Stevia powder in place of sugar,

  10. No desserts until more than 2 hours after eating meal or, more than 2 hours before,

  11. Wash all vegetables well with biodegradable soaps,

  12. Get inexpensive equipment that will help you quickly slice your vegetables,

  13. Insist your grocer purchase non-injected, freaky fed, or antibiotic laden meats and poultry; organic vegetables, at least organic lettuces,

  14. Look for co-ops in your area that sell organic foods or call your county agricultural agent for farmers in your area that grow without chemicals etc.,

  15. Avoid genetically engineered foods and foods containing genetically engineered components,

  16. Avoid totally, eggs from injected or cage grown eggs and the poultry from cage grown growers,

  17. Say "no" to any pasteurized dairy if you want to stay healthy,

  18. Say "absolutely no" to milk from growers who inject their dairy cattle if you want to live to a healthy old age,

  19. Stay away from grains, especially gluten products like wheat, oats, barley that has been genetically altered,

  20. Nix any corn, tomatoes, soy and other genetically engineered foods.
