survey, used by us at BIOMEDICS INSTITUTE for all patients entering
the clinic.
We always encourage “healthy”
people to take the survey. Taking the symptom survey allows YOU
to avoid the pitfalls of Serious Illness when YOU are still relatively
healthy…This is called PREVENTION.

your Symptom Survey. Well, it is a detailed and scientifically
